CPR/BLS INITIAL COURSE OVERVIEW

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is approximately 4.5 hours, including skills practice and skills testing. The BLS course has been proven to be the key to resuscitation, per 2010 guidelines. The course is video-enhanced and designed to provide rescuers the ability to recognize and initiate management for several life-threatening emergencies, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

CPR/WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

PREREQUISITES

Occupation as a Healthcare Provider or Someone planning to participate in the healthcare industry.

COURSE COST

The course fee is $85 and includes the BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual.

Please remember that shipping and handling is not included in this price.

We recommend all students receive the course manual prior to the course.
